Product Introduction
Fire resistant glass, in the fire the main function is to control the spread of fire or smoke, is a type of fire protection materials, the fireproof effect evaluated by the fire resistance performance. It is through the special craft processing, and can keep the integrity and the heat insulation in the fire resistance test. Fire resistant glass can be made by float glass, tempered glass, composite fireproof glass and single fireproof glass.
The fire resistance classification: 30 min, 60min, 90min, 120min, 180min.

1.Single fire resistant glass - Monolithic Cesium Potassium
Monolithic cesium potassium fire resistant glass is a kind of fireproof glass by single-layer glass.It utilizes physical and chemical methods for treatment of float glass. In a certain period of time, it can keep the integrity of fire-resistant, blocking backfires and harmful gases, but have not heat preservation and heat insulation effect.
Fireproof principle:
The single fireproof glass passed through process for more than 20 hours high temperatures ionic exchange chemistry treatment, the mechanical strength and press stress are improved. Under the high temperature, the glass softened but doesn't fall into pieces, it can keep intact, and it can also prevent dispersion of flame, toxic gas and harmful gas.
Application:
External curtain wall, construction external windows, daylight ceiling, ceiling screen, fireproof glass gate no frame, and partition wall no requirement for heat insulation.

2.Laminated compound fire -resistant Glass
By two or more layers of glass with one layer or multi-layer water soluble inorganic sandwich fireproof glue compounded.
Fireproof principle:
when the fire occurs, the fire quickly burst surface meets the high temperature, the successive foaming sandwich fireproof glue ten times, hardened into a milky white bubble plastic fire, effectively blocking the flame, high temperature and harmful gas isolation. The finished product can be edge grinding, drilling, cutting ruler.
Application
building room, corridor, fireproof doors & Windows, fire protection partition and important parts of the channel fire partition wall.
3.Grouting fireproof glass
Composed of two layers of glass (special needs also can use three layers of glass),surrounded by special fireproof glue sealing. Fireproof glue between perfusion, after it is solidified transparent jelly and glass are bonded into a whole.
Fireproof principle:
When meet the high temperature, fire layer between glass transparent jelly will quickly induration, fireproof heat insulation board form an opaque. To prevent the spread of flame at the same time, but also prevent heat transmitting back fire surface. The fireproof glass has the advantages of fire insulation performance, and the sound insulation effect is outstanding. It can be processed
