Product Introduction
Toughened or Tempered glass is one kind of safety glass. It is processed by heat strengthening processing and a compressive stress layer is formed on the surface of glass,  which has good mechanical properties and capacity of thermal resistance and impact resistance.

1.Flat Tempered Glass
Clear float glass, low iron glass, tinted glass, reflective glass, patterned glass, Low-e glass etc can be used for flat tempering. We can control the local bow within 0.2/300mm for flat tempered glass, including the ceramic frit glass.
2.Curved Tempered Glass 
Curved tempered glass is a kind of glass which heated to softening point (about 600 ºC), then blowed  under a certain radius, the surface strength multiplied while the plane surface becomes curved. Curved glass is used for glass walls, ceiling, fence, partition, furniture, electrical appliances, etc.

Characteristics:
1.Safety:When damaged by external force, the glass will be broken into small pieces with obtuse angle like honeycomb, which will reduce the harm to human body.
2.HighStrength:Comparing with the same thickness of the normal float glass, the intensity of the tempered glass is 3-5 times of the normal float glass, and the bending resistance is also 3-5 times of the normal float glass.
3.ThermalStability:It will keep stable quality when temperature varies within 300ºC,which is 3 times of the normal float glass.
